Click Install to copy the config. Every card installs the same server: paste it once into claude_desktop_config.json, restart Claude, and the tools for all eleven sites appear, with your own Claude subscription. Where a physician's signature is needed, it happens on the site, not in the tool.
What is open, and what is not
The server is one install; the code underneath has two licences, and the line between them is fixed.

Do not send patient information to the server or to any endpoint on this site. No business associate agreement is executed, no production case has been reviewed, and every physician-review case so far runs on synthetic data. Nothing here is medical, coding, billing or legal advice.
